I tried to add you and Karen rain kid and it keeps telling me wrong redeem code. I've tried to friend you several times, but it either tells me it is the wrong redeem code or has been used 3 times. :-(. Could you add me?

I made my Easter News icon disappear by using 5 charms and a helper. There was no place for the Easter News icon to go, so it disappeared.

Well - with my easterbutton gone, I thought I could just charge eastereggs as they come while I'm giving away all the parts I get. (alreary made a couple of friends happy)

But strangely enough - most of my friends don't have the bunny anymore. even the sleepers.. hmmm..

The bunnies of the 3 that still have them gave all colours of eggs save the yellow one.
Could I get the yellow egg only on my own manor?

@admin did you lose the bunny with the button? if not, I recommend using those lollies until you get GI's Faberge egg...

I still have the Easter Bunny mob, just not the icon. Since the icon is gone, there would be no way to charge the Faberge Egg.

- make a screenshot of your manor,
- sent it off to Lily at games insight support statign the problem

and at least you get the Faberge....

I completely restarted my iPad and the Easter icon came back.

Thanks! I've had the wrong redeem thing happen several times under the friend code section. Even when using the synthesizer. I think it has to do with the Internet connection problems.

I'm very glad that we're friends now. I can visit my mentor's mansion....

So, after acquiring all the items required to assemble the Faberge Egg, I received the above empty window. After that, my Easter icon disappeared.

Off to mail support!

This is what happened to me but I never had everything to assemble as I just began. I came here to add though that I am surprised those that got a code didn't receive more than just the egg. You may want to look carefully in your inventories as I got the egg, a charm and breakfast. Unless something weird happened because I didn't have them before the code. Also, I too, think their service is/was great! Nice to see a company that will stand behind their product and customers.

I already e-mailed tech support regarding the missing Easter event. They still haven't answered me back yet, and I did give them my UDID and a screenshot. This was about a week ago.

Send them an email to get an update.
Also, check your spam folder. Maybe they did respond.

I've sent my UDID and iPad Version to Lily at Support late Saturday. But I'm not technically inclined and don't know how to take the screenshot and get it to her. I've asked her for complete step by step instructions on that, but still haven't heard back yet.

Can anyone help me with that? I want to get this fixed before the event is over. Thanks for your help.

Hi Peg. You can take a screenshot by pressing on the camera icon on the upper left corner of the game window. Select To Photos so that the image is saved to your Photos app. You can then send it to Lily, or upload it to a free imagehost and send her the link to the image.
