How to register your game?

I didn't play MM for a long time ( could be more than 1 year) and I just up dated it recently, yes I still can explore rooms but can't fight or join to fight the boss. I got a message if my game is not register. I've sent many tickets to GI support but seems like they are "sleeping". Any one knows how to solve this. Thanks.
