My wish list hasn't updated now for 4 days despite exploring lots of rooms and restarting game and ipad. I've sent a ticket to GI yesterday but no reply yet. Any advice?

How awful! It does sound like something GI will have to fix for you, though. In the meantime, I would suggest adding "read my wall" to your name and posting on your wall what you actually want from your wishlist.
