When I can open more rooms?

Hi

I saw in my info that I opened 16 rooms out of 21 , where is the rest of the room and when I will access it?
I saw some of my friends in high levels they opened 21 rooms

Hi, you will need to complete the quest on the left of your screen to move on to the new rooms! Some rooms will take longer to open, but the quest are the key to getting them open.
