All of my helpers disappeared today, and new ones are showing up locked in rooms one by one. I don't understand why I went from 14 helpers to zero in a blink. Can anybody explain why this happened? Thanks. Cheers!

I can't help you by telling you why it's happened... But I share your frustration, mine have also disappeared 
Maybe they have gone on holiday to recover from the hard work I put them through everyday!

Mine are gone too as well as my friends. I'm getting requests for gifts but can't send them. Very frustrating!

My friends and helpers just disappeared too! In an instant! So upset, hope they'll fix it, can't believe I would lose all my friends and helpers

Hopefully--but unfortunately--it is related to game stability. Much like so many other players, I've had a terrible time this past week with gifting and now my helpers have all disappeared.
Although disenchanted with MM, I'm loyal to my awesome MM friends and at a minimum try to keep up with gifts and tips to my friends since I'm a 100+ level player, but the recurring "no server response" and " Internet connection" errors are affecting not only my personal play, but my reputation w/ my friends!!
