UFO SPace ship

Hi Im level 80 trying to find the space ship quest link...

Im currently mostly done building the brig and not sure which other string of quests to follow to open the space ship . But not sure where to go from here. I need to visit the space ship 3 times for a different quest ..

My current quests are:
sudden loss of consciousness
how to become a fairy
the cook stopped cooking
genetically modified momuculi
Intergalactic council (this is the one which asks me to visit the flying saucer)
All aboard
The missing make-up
Cunning poisoner

I have this same quest (Intergallactic Council) asking me to "find information about the colony in the flying saucer of O'lle". I have no idea what that means.
